Tierlume

Everything a neighborhood business runs on, in one place.

The website and the dashboard behind it: events and tickets, food and drink orders, staff schedules and time cards, a shared calendar and the mailing list. One sign-in, on your phone or at the bar.

Running at CC Slaughters in Old Town Portland.

What's in it

Each part is a module. A business turns on the ones it needs; everyone's roles decide what they can open.

  • Website

Pages, photo albums, videos, reviews and forms, edited from the dashboard. Holiday looks switch on by themselves.

  • Events and tickets

Weekly nights and one-off specials, tickets by email, check-in at the door with a phone's camera, and the people who ask to host.

  • Food and drink

The menus, phone orders as they come in, and a kitchen screen staff sign in to with their own PIN.

  • Staff

Schedules by the week or month, clocking in at the bar, time-off requests, pay periods and hiring, from application to interview.

  • Calendar

The business's events, your own shifts and everything else coming up, together, by week or month.

  • Marketing

The mailing list and the updates sent to it, written once and scheduled.

  • Insights

Who visits the website and what they look at, counted on the business's own server.

Built with care for the people who use it

Card payments stay with the payment companies
Stripe, Square or Clover take the payment. Card numbers never reach Tierlume.
A second step at every sign-in
An authenticator app, a passkey in 1Password or iCloud Keychain, or a security key. Add as many as you like.
Every upload checked
Photos and PDFs are screened and rebuilt before anyone else sees them; forms accept only what they ask for.
Each business on its own server
One install per business, with its own database. Cloudflare sits in front; nothing else does.
